What to expect during online consultations?
Preconsultation Form: This form is sent a day before consultation by our Lactation Consultant for recording feeding and pumping records.
Consultation takes 90 mins to 120 mins i.e. 1 and half to 2 hours.
The baby and mother will be evaluated for:
1. Breastfeeding assessment of breastfeeding position, breastfeeding latch, sucking during entire feeding session and duration .
2. Pumping/ Hand expression (if applicable) assessment for pumping modes and duration/ techniques of hand expression.
3. Mothers concerns are discussed.
4. Lactation Plan is created addressing all the issues mom has.
Free follow up is done by short video calls and msgs for 15 days post consultation to provide additional Lactation Support to help moms effectively resolve their lactation issues.
Follow up consultation after 15 days will be charged.
The counsultation fee is Rs 1500/-
What are the requirements to attend online consultations?
The requirements are:
1. Smartphone/ Laptop (Smartphone is preferred as mom can easily focus the video feed while breastfeeding or Pumping)
2. Keep everything that you use or plan to use for breastfeeding/ feeding the baby easily available for review during consultation.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
First time moms who may or may not decide to breastfeed.
Family members are welcome to atttend with the first time mom. Our Lactation Consultant will discuss towards the end , all the queries that mom and her family has to empower families in their parenthood journeys.
WHEN SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
Preferably 3 rd trimester of your pregnancy or anytime until 2 months.

Moms who have already experienced breastfeeding journey and would like to navigate through this journey better than their previous experience.
WHEN SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
Preferably 3 rd trimester of your pregnancy.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE CONSULTATION?
The previous breastfeeding journey will be discussed in details with specific discussion on certain aspects like:
- Breastfeeding Initiation
- Breastfeeding Position and Latch
- Breastfeeding Pattern
- Complications like sore nipples (if any)
- Breastmilk Supply
Based on the above evaluation our Lactation Consultant prepares a Lactation Plan, which can help in making breastfeeding journey better this time.
The consultation fee is Rs 1000/-
BACK TO WORK consultations
WHO SHOULD OPT FOR IT?
Moms who are planning to go back to work (online or in person) and want to continue providing breast milk to their babies.
WHEN SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
Preferably 3 to 4 weeks before the joining date.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE CONSULTATION?
The baby and mother will be evaluated:
1. Baby's feeding requirement.
2. Mother's current Breast milk Supply.
3. Assessment of mother's day once she joins work.
Based on the above evaluation, a Pumping Plan is created , which can help in making breastfeeding journey better this time.
The consultation fee is Rs 1000/-
