I’m a physiotherapist and lactation consultant with over 17 years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum recovery. I help mothers regain strength, improve mobility, and optimize breastfeeding, combining clinical expertise with practical, everyday strategies.
I specialize in pelvic floor rehabilitation, core strengthening, and newborn development guidance, tailoring each plan to meet a mother’s unique needs. My goal is to empower women to navigate the physical and emotional challenges of motherhood with confidence and ease.
I believe every mother deserves reliable support, especially during the early postpartum months. I offer consultations, structured follow-ups, and group sessions to provide guidance, encouragement, and actionable tools for mothers to care for themselves and their babies.
I’m also re-launching my website as a go-to place for mothers. Through blogs and paid educational resources, I share evidence-based information on lactation, prenatal care, and postpartum physiotherapy—designed to make a positive impact on health, confidence, and everyday life.
