I’m Prachi Shetye, a Physiotherapist and Lactation Consultant specializing in helping mothers increase and stabilize breast milk supply in the first six months after delivery.
Over the years, I have worked closely with new mothers through a hybrid model of care—combining online consultations with in-person support across Dubai. This hands-on experience has given me deep insight into the most common and critical challenges mothers face in the early postpartum phase, especially around milk supply.
My work has always been focused, practical, and results-driven. I’ve supported mothers through low milk supply, delayed supply, latching difficulties, and postpartum recovery challenges—offering structured, step-by-step guidance tailored to real-life routines.
What makes my approach different is the integration of lactation support with physiotherapy. I don’t just look at feeding patterns—I consider core strength, posture, pelvic health, and recovery, all of which directly impact breastfeeding outcomes.
I am now focused on creating digital resources that bring this same level of clarity and structured support to more mothers. These resources are designed to provide reliable, easy-to-follow guidance during the most crucial early weeks—so mothers can feel confident in their supply without confusion, overwhelm, or trial-and-error.
My goal is simple: to make effective lactation support more accessible, practical, and consistent for every mother who needs it.
